As you've read in the last post, both of us have changed our diets in the past month or so. Even on Valentine's day we stayed within the parameters of our diet. This is what our romantic Valentine's Day dinner consisted of....

Last Saturday we went to see one of our students play basketball for a church near us. It was such a blast to see the young kids from our area playing (double dribbling, traveling :-)... playing defense while on offense... carefree and having fun!
