I just tried to upload a few pictures onto the blog for a future post and got this message...
Whoops! You're out of space. You are using 100% of your 1 GB quota for photos. Purchase more storage
Photos are stored in your Picasa Web Albums account and are included in your 1 GB free quota for photos. Additional storage you purchase is shared between several Google products and is in addition to your free quota. Learn more
Does anyone know any way around this? I don't want to buy more storage and I don't want to delete photos either.
Please help!

I tried to go in and delete to save the money but it deleted them off post...I ended up getting the cheap package..
honestly, I'd buy the storage. I use flickr for my photo storage, but know people who use picassa. It backs up your images so that (God forbid) something happens to your actual files, atleast they are somewhere else so you can always have that digital copy.
Same thing happened to me. I had to go into my web albums and resize EVERY photo I had EVER posted!!! Geez... It took forever but it solved the problem!! And I have yet to run out again!
I ended up buying the smallest storage option offered, and honestly I wouldn't be surprised if I have to upgrade again in the relatively near future. Get ready -- picture-taking and uploading is just going to increase once Mr. Kaden arrives! :)
This happened to another blogger that I read. She just started using photobucket so she wouldn't have to delete her pictures from Picasa. You would just have to remember that you have pictures on two different photo sharing sites.
I think it was $5 for WAY more storage...totally worth it!
