Tomorrow Kirby and I will finally get to welcome our son into this world!
We had our 40 week appointment today and the doctor did an ultrasound to find out Kaden is about 8lbs... which isn't as big as we thought! Then he checked me, and unfortunately I haven't progressed at all. Nothing. He predicted if he induced me, I'd have a hard labor and that I'd end up having a c-section anyway after laboring for many hours. All along, I wanted to try for a natural, "typical" delivery, but after thinking things through I think this is the best.
Soooo we are scheduled for a c-section tomorrow morning...bright & early!
We are so excited to meet you Kaden. We can't wait to hold you in our arms!

Your doctor is the man/woman!!! I ended up with an induction and 18 hours later had a c-section anyway. The c-section was a breeze and the nurses in the maternity ward were soooo nice! I cant wait to see pics and I know that you guys are super excited! Hoping for a speedy recovery!

Yay!! I was induced, had progressed some on my own before, but labored 12 hours and had a c-section. This way is much better! Good luck and congrats!! Oh and you won't want to, but get up and move when they tell you! It will be better for you in the long run. Also I held a pillow on my stomach for some light pressure and it really made me feel better. Can't wait to see pics!
Good luck! If you are not dilated by now then it probably would end up in a c section. I had one with my twins and it was a breeze. Will be praying for you!
